All Internet orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Online payments may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal account.
Special orders placed in stores require a 50% deposit.
Any balance due on an order must be paid in full 2 days prior to delivery (No COD’s.).
Any change of delivery address or change in the order must be made in person by the purchaser at the location purchased.
You must accept delivery within 60 days after the merchandise has been received from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated on the front of this contract.
You are responsible for measuring to be sure merchandise will fit through doorways,stairways, into elevators, etc. Click here for a guide on how to measure! Where it is found that merchandise does not fit, you may select smaller merchandise or a merchandise certificate for which new delivery charges will be imposed. Alternately you may request a refund, less a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.
No special crating or packaging is available.
Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of delivery.
Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g. televisions, computers, stereos).
Pickup merchandise must be returned to the pickup location for service.
Any merchandise damage claims must be made to the service department within 2 business days of delivery. Service will be provided within the Company’s delivery area only.
Any property damage caused during delivery must be reported to customer service within 2 business days of delivery.
We reserve the right not to accept or cancel your order in the case of an extreme pricing error or other technical issue. In the rare instance that your order is not accepted or cancelled, you will be notified immediately and any authorization or charge to your credit card will be removed.
