The sectional looks nice, but the assembly was more complicated than I expected. It also arrived with a small tear in the fabric, though the customer service team was quick to address it. The comfort level is decent, but it’s not as plush as I had hoped.

Great value for the price. The sofa is comfortable and looks stylish. The cushions are a bit firm, but I expect them to soften over time.

Not only is the sofa fantastic, but the customer service was also excellent. I had a minor issue with one of the legs, and they promptly sent a replacement. The sofa itself is comfortable and stylish, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
